This promotion is being conducted by Southeastern Waterfront Marketing Inc./Broker, 200 US Highway 17 North, Holly Ridge, NC 28445 on behalf of RA Development I, Inc. Prize Description: The winner of this contest shall receive in fee simple by general warranty deed a .194 acre unimproved real estate lot in Summerhouse on Everett Bay, Holly Ridge, Onslow County, NC. The fair market value of the prize lot is two hundred ninety-five thousand dollars ($295,000) as determined by an independent appraisal on May 2, 2008. No monetary obligation is necessary in order to win. Winner is responsible for paying all taxes, including, but not limited to, property taxes and property owner’s dues on the property accrued from the date title is transferred. Only one entry per household. Must register to win online with the designated entry code. To be eligible to enter, you must drop off your registration certificate at the project and, except where otherwise provided by law, you must attend a Property Preview in Holly Ridge, NC to view the property and attend a sales presentation. The contest will end on 12/31/09 with the drawing to take place on 1/7/2010 at Summerhouse on Everett Bay in Holly Ridge, NC. Each eligible person may enter only one time.
